Quality Management

We have been maintaining and certifying our Quality Management System, established in 2006 according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. By prioritizing product quality and reliability in all materials and production methods used, we sustain our esteemed image both domestically and internationally.

Our products are ECE R 67-01 European Quality certified, meeting all the requirements of this regulation. Quality control activities required by the system are carried out at all stages, from material ordering to product delivery. In tank production, only LPG Cylinder Steel sheets of DIN EN 10120 quality from T.C. Erdemir factories are used. The collars of the tanks are made of forged steel, eliminating leakage risk. Welding in tank manufacturing stages is subjected to X-Ray control for each shift. Tanks undergo 100% hydrostatic pressure testing; those that fail the test are destroyed. In the production of conversion equipment, tests ensuring product functionality and safety are applied 100% during production.

  • Ensure that from the design to the supply of our eco-friendly products, all production and service stages do not harm the environment and human health.

  • Work on waste reduction, disposal without harming the environment, reuse, recycling, and recovery.
  • Take measures against pollution at its source, considering environmental impacts.
  • Take measures against occupational diseases, accidents, or damage risks by considering occupational health and safety risks.
  • Train all our employees, raise awareness among our suppliers and customers in line with our environmental, energy, and occupational health and safety objectives and targets.
  • Continuously improve our performance with employee participation and satisfaction.

As Atiker A. Ş., our complaint policy is:

  • To handle our customers’ dissatisfaction and suggestions fairly, objectively, and confidentially, and resolve them as soon as possible without violating legal requirements.
  • Not to financially victimize customers while addressing dissatisfaction.
  • To provide different channels for our customers to easily convey their dissatisfaction to us.
  • To continuously improve our system to prevent the recurrence of dissatisfaction in line with our customers’ suggestions and evolving technological conditions.
